Aluminium Frame for panel – $30
Tempered glass 2.5ft by 5ft – $130
Silicon Glue – $50
Charge Controller Morningstar TriStar TS45 – $200
Metal Frame to hold the panels – $120
Others (wires etc) – $40
Total $720 for 4 panels
$180 for each panel.
Its generating about 6amp on 36volt(18 volt on a panel). I could have doubled the watt by using 6amp on 18volt but when the sun is low, its hard get enough current, or it may be having some problem I don’t know. I will try to fix it when I go back in future.
Right now, Its charging a 12volt-150amp battery.

On the vacation back home, I made these solar panels.
